There are position statements up for revision and approval. The BOD will consider a new definition of school nursing that is grounded in the Framework for 21st Century School Nurse Practice Act. Advocacy, your FASN board is focused on advocating for school nurses across the state. If you have a passion for this, let me know.
Leadership with FASN, your FASN board is working on creating resources and support for our school nurses that want to advance within the organization. Investment in the wonderful talent that we have across the state, isn't that cool? If you have a desire to grow and flourish within FASN, let us know.
