On Saturday, February 6th at the annual FASN conference I had the privilege of being installed as your president. I wanted to share my acceptance speech with those of you who could not attend. My message:

I'm delighted and most excited to serve as your next FASN president.
FASN is your organization!
Eleven years ago, I sat in awe as I listened and studied the women I so admired as FASN leaders.
I knew early on, this was the organization that would help me to be a more credible, educated, and vibrant school nurse.
You know when you feel that passion and you want others to feel it-experience it! That's how I want each of you to feel when you leave conference later today.
We want to grow our garden - facilitate leaders with FASN!
